Welcome to Manifest Bestie. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Manifest Bestie is an iOS application that helps users build a daily manifestation habit by temporarily locking selected apps using Apple's Screen Time API. When a locked app is opened, the user completes a short, AI-generated manifestation session to unlock it.
You may only use the app for its intended purpose. Any misuse, including attempts to bypass or manipulate its locking features, is prohibited.
You are not required to create an account. All personal data — including your name, onboarding preferences, goals, and session history — is stored locally on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.
To delete all of your data, simply uninstall the app. Because no data is stored remotely, uninstalling constitutes complete data erasure. For EU users, your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) are satisfied by this local-only storage model.
The app is free to download. A paid subscription is required to access manifestation generation and app-blocking features. Two billing options are available:
Monthly — no free trial
Yearly — includes a free trial period
Both options provide the same features. Subscription length and price are confirmed at the time of purchase on the App Store.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price.
Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
How to Cancel: Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your device, select Manifest Bestie, and tap Cancel Subscription.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies. To request a refund, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
Manifestation scripts in Manifest Bestie are generated by artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) and personalized based on your selected focus area, current mood, and any optional text you enter.

We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using the app.
We use the following third-party services to operate the app:
Google Gemini API — generates AI-based manifestation content. Your selected focus area, mood, and optional text input are sent to Google's servers for generation. No data is stored by Google after generation.
RevenueCat — manages subscriptions and purchase verification. Processes an anonymous user ID and purchase records.
Superwall — presents paywall screens and manages subscription offers.
PostHog — collects anonymized, aggregated usage analytics. No personally identifiable information is collected.
No personally identifiable information is stored on external servers. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.
You agree not to:
Use the app for unlawful or unintended purposes.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app or its core functions.
Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or errors in the app.
Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm others.
We reserve the right to restrict access if the app is used in ways that violate these Terms or compromise its functionality.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Manifest Bestie. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising use by minors.
The app, its design, code, branding, and all non-AI-generated content are owned by Manifest Bestie. AI-generated manifestation scripts are created for your personal use. You may save, screenshot, or share your scripts, but you may not resell them or use them in a competing product.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding effectiveness, availability, accuracy of AI-generated content, or uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manifest Bestie and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or emotional distress.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Manifest Bestie and its developers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted at the same URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
